
Description
The screw press machine is a dehydration device that utilizes a physical squeezing method. The material enters the equipment from the feeding box and, under the conveyance of the spiral auger, undergoes progressive pressure squeezing. The water is forced to discharge through the screen, and the material is discharged from the device through the top-opening obstruction device. This dehydration method does not require a heat source or ventilation, making it the most cost-effective dehydration method suitable for various materials.

Working Principle
The spiral press dehydrator undergoes a two-stage dehydration process. In the first stage, utilizing the spiral auger with transmission, compression, and discharge sections, material entry is smooth. The dehydration section reduces transfer space, applying pressure to decrease material volume and extract water. In the second stage, a blocking device is used. As materials enter the discharge section, axial thrust pushes them out, and the pressurized hydraulic blocking device provides counterforce for extrusion pressure in the second-stage dehydration.
