Installation method of screw press:

2. After the basic part of the equipment is installed, the equipment support frame shall be installed and welded with the embedded thick steel plate to ensure the reliability of the equipment.

3. Then install the internal parts of the equipment. The staff first manually rotate the equipment reducer to check whether it rotates flexibly. If necessary, add appropriate lubricating oil for lubrication, so that some moving parts of the equipment are flexible and reliable. They can intervene and stay for five times. Maintenance of screw press bearing;

1. If the bearing is damaged, replace it immediately. When installing a new bearing, be careful not to lose it. Avoid damaging the bearing and printing pressure.

2. During the whole process of using mechanical equipment, pay attention to the anti rust treatment of bearings, and do not touch too much water. Clean the area around the bearing pedestal, apply lubricant and carry out maintenance.
